How to Make Baked Apple Pie Rice Paper Rolls
- Prepare Filling: Peel and slice your apples. Mix them in a bowl with brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
- Prepare Rice Paper: Fill a shallow bowl with warm water. Soak each rice paper sheet until slightly softened—about 10-15 seconds.
- Assemble Rolls: On a clean surface, place 1-2 tablespoons of the apple mixture on the bottom third of a softened rice paper sheet. Fold the sides over the filling, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Arrange rolls on a baking sheet. Brush with cooking oil and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
