How to Make Zucchini Ricotta Marinara Melts
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer half of the sliced zucchini at the bottom of the dish.
  3. Spread half of the ricotta cheese over the zucchini.
  4. Spoon half of the marinara sauce on top.
  5. Add half of the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layering process with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Sprinkle dried oregano on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the zucchini is tender, and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
