How to Make Raspberry Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, blend together the raspberries, red onion, jalapeño, garlic, lemon juice, salt, maple syrup, and cilantro.
  2. Using a spatula, gently press some raspberries to release their juices for a harmonious consistency.
  3. Taste the salsa and adjust the salt and sweetness to your liking.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips, grilled meats, or as a salad topping. Optional: Garnish with extra cilantro leaves.
