Cooking Instructions
- In a pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until they turn translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in long-grain rice, ensuring each grain is well-coated with the flavored oil. Toast it for about 1-2 minutes until the edges become slightly golden.
- Pour in your broth (either vegetable or chicken), and bring it to a rolling boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat to low, letting it simmer for 15-18 minutes until the rice absorbs the liquid.
- Once cooked, remove the pot from the heat. Stir in fresh lemon juice and zest, along with your chopped herbs.
- Fluff the rice gently with a fork and garnish with extra parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, or crumbled feta.

Notes
Opt for fresh lemon juice and herbs to achieve the brightest flavor. Rinse the rice before cooking to prevent stickiness.
