Cooking Instructions
  1. In a pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until they turn translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Stir in long-grain rice, ensuring each grain is well-coated with the flavored oil. Toast it for about 1-2 minutes until the edges become slightly golden.
  3. Pour in your broth (either vegetable or chicken), and bring it to a rolling boil. Once boiling, cover the pot and reduce the heat to low, letting it simmer for 15-18 minutes until the rice absorbs the liquid.
  4. Once cooked, remove the pot from the heat. Stir in fresh lemon juice and zest, along with your chopped herbs.
  5. Fluff the rice gently with a fork and garnish with extra parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, or crumbled feta.
