  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro optional, can substitute with parsley
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking
For Serving
  • 4 cups Mixed Greens any salad greens
  • 1 medium Avocado sliced
  • 1 medium Tomatoes sliced or chopped
  • 1 medium Remaining Lime for squeezing over burgers

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped green onions, diced red bell pepper, cilantro, minced garlic, kosher salt, red pepper flakes, and fresh lime juice. Stir until everything is evenly blended.
  2. With wet hands, divide the mixture into four equal portions. Gently shape each portion into a burger patty.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and cook for about 2.5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss mixed greens with a drizzle of olive oil, lime juice, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Plate the patties on a bed of tossed salad, topped with sliced avocado and tomatoes. Finish with a sprinkle of cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
