How to Make Chipotle Lime Salmon
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Blend the oil, lime juice, lime zest, chipotle chili, adobo sauce, cumin, garlic, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
- Prepare the salmon fillet by patting it dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the chipotle mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
- Place the salmon on a foil or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Broil for 2-3 minutes if desired, for a slightly charred top.
- Serve with avocado salsa or as a filling for tacos or salads.
