How to Make Cardamom Plum Sorbet
  1. Start by washing, pitting, and chopping the ripe plums into small pieces.

  3. Stir in ground cardamom and a pinch of salt into the warm syrup, blending as the mixture cools.
  4. In a blender, combine chopped plums, lemon juice, and the cooled syrup. Blend until smooth.
