Ingredients
  

For the Rim
  • 1 cup Dried Unsweetened Shredded Coconut Use cream of coconut syrup to wet the rim if fresh lime is not available.
For the Cocktail
  • 1 sprig Fresh Rosemary Ensure sprig is fresh for best results.
  • 1/2 cup Cranberries Use fresh or frozen cranberries.
  • 1 oz Lime Juice Use juice from about 1 fresh lime.
  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut Shake well before using; it can separate.
  • 1/2 oz Cointreau or Other Triple Sec Can substitute with other orange liqueurs.
  • 2 oz Tequila Blanco Avoid using reposado for a brighter color.
  • 1 bar spoon Vanilla Vodka Optional based on taste preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut lime in half; use it to wet the rim of your serving glass. Dip the rim into the dried shredded coconut until well-coated.
  2. Rinse fresh rosemary and cranberries thoroughly; set them aside.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, cream of coconut, Cointreau, tequila, and the optional vanilla vodka.
  4. Fill the shaker with ice, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Fill your prepared glass with fresh ice. Carefully strain the mixture into the glass.
  6. Add a sprinkle of cranberries to the drink and garnish with the rosemary sprig.
