Preparation
- Cut lime in half; use it to wet the rim of your serving glass. Dip the rim into the dried shredded coconut until well-coated.
- Rinse fresh rosemary and cranberries thoroughly; set them aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine lime juice, cream of coconut, Cointreau, tequila, and the optional vanilla vodka.
- Fill the shaker with ice, seal it tightly, and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds.
- Fill your prepared glass with fresh ice. Carefully strain the mixture into the glass.
- Add a sprinkle of cranberries to the drink and garnish with the rosemary sprig.
