Prep
- Allow feta, ricotta, and sour cream to come to room temperature.
Blend
- Combine feta, ricotta, and sour cream in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Prepare Honey Mixture
- Warm olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Sauté grated garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Turn off heat and stir in honey, lemon juice, and crushed red chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine & Serve
- Spoon the whipped feta dip into a serving bowl. Top with the spicy honey mixture. Garnish with chives, za’atar, and sesame seeds if desired.
