Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 200 grams Feta Use full-fat for creaminess
  • 100 grams Ricotta Opt for full-fat for richness
  • 100 grams Sour Cream Adds tang and thickens the dip
  • to taste Salt Adjust to your preference
  • to taste Black Pepper Adjust to your preference
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Used for sautéing garlic
For the Spicy Honey Drizzle
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Adjust for desired sweetness
  • 2 cloves Garlic Grated or pressed
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Fresh-squeezed preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chili Flakes Adjust for spice level
For Garnish (Optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Chives Adds fresh flavor and color
  • 1 teaspoon Za’atar Herby twist, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Black & White Sesame Seeds For a nutty crunch
For Serving
  • 1 pack Pita Chips/Naan/Raw Veggies For dipping

Method
 

Prep
  1. Allow feta, ricotta, and sour cream to come to room temperature.
Blend
  1. Combine feta, ricotta, and sour cream in a food processor. Season with salt and pepper. Blend until smooth and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
Prepare Honey Mixture
  1. Warm olive oil in a small saucepan over low heat. Sauté grated garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute). Turn off heat and stir in honey, lemon juice, and crushed red chili flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine & Serve
  1. Spoon the whipped feta dip into a serving bowl. Top with the spicy honey mixture. Garnish with chives, za’atar, and sesame seeds if desired.
