How to Make Creamy Mango Mousse
- Prepare Mango Puree: Peel and chop your ripe mangoes, then blend them in a food processor until smooth. Reserve ½ cup of this delightful puree for topping.
- Whip Cream Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cold heavy cream, vanilla instant pudding, and powdered sugar. Whip until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Gently fold the prepared mango puree into the whipped cream mixture using a spatula.
