  3. Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, melt half a stick of butter, add more minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Assemble: Slather half of the Alfredo sauce on the toasted garlic bread, layer cooked chicken pieces, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and drizzle remaining Alfredo on top.
