- Combine all the fresh salad ingredients in a large serving bowl. Toss together the chopped romaine, radicchio, onion, celery, cherry tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, and provolone cheese if using until well mixed.
- Prepare the dressing by adding all dressing ingredients into a liquid measuring cup. Whisk together until nicely blended and taste for seasoning. Feel free to add more salt if desired!
- Dress your salad: If you’re serving all at once, drizzle enough dressing over the salad to lightly coat it, then toss to combine. Keep the dressing separate for leftovers to maintain freshness.
