How to Make Samoa Girl Scout Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the almond flour with maple syrup in a medium bowl until it forms a smooth dough.
  3. Roll this dough out between two sheets of parchment paper for the perfect thickness.
  4. Cut out your cookies using a cookie cutter, ensuring a small hole in the center of each.
  5. Transfer the shaped cookies to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.
  6. Let them cool completely after baking.
