Preparation
- Prepare Dough: Start by mixing warm almond milk, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy, then combine with flour, salt, melted vegan butter, and lemon zest, knead until smooth.
- Rest Dough: Place the kneaded dough in a warm area and let it rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
