How to Make Coconut Pineapple Banana Bread
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Combine brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, melted butter, vanilla extract, and coconut milk with mashed bananas.
- Fold in the crushed pineapple and shredded coconut.
- Add the dry ingredients gradually, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×5-inch loaf pan.
