Preparation Steps

  3. Place ½ cup of water in the crockpot and position the seasoned tenderloin inside. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  4. Whisk together brown sugar, cornstarch, balsamic vinegar, ½ cup water, and soy sauce in a saucepan. Heat until thickened.
  5. Brush the thickened glaze over the roast 2-3 times in the last hour of cooking.
  6. Once cooked, slice the pork and serve with remaining glaze on the side.
