How to Make 2-Ingredient Greek Candy
- Prepare the Pan: Line a small sheet pan with parchment paper and lightly brush it with extra virgin olive oil.
- Toast the Seeds: In a nonstick pan over medium heat, toast the untoasted sesame seeds for about 3-4 minutes until they turn golden brown.
- Warm the Honey: In the same pan, add the honey and warm it over medium heat until it starts to bubble.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooled toasted sesame seeds into the boiling honey and stir continuously for about 5 minutes.
- Spread the Mixture: Quickly pour the mixture onto your prepared sheet pan and spread it evenly.
- Cool and Cut: Allow the candy to cool for about 20 minutes at room temperature, then slice into bars.
