  • 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh minced garlic can be used for a stronger flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 4 stalks Green Onions Sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce Use gluten-free tamari if needed.
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha Optional
For the Brussels Sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado Oil Olive oil can be used as a substitute.
  • 1 pound Shredded Brussels Sprouts Whole Brussels sprouts can be used but will require longer cooking.
For the Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sweet Chili Sauce Select your favorite brand.
  • 1 lime Fresh Lime Juiced; lemon juice can substitute.
For Garnish
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds Optional

Directions
  1. In a large skillet, crumble the lean ground beef. Add sliced green onions and season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and sriracha. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, then transfer to a plate.
  2. Add avocado oil to the skillet, then toss in the shredded Brussels sprouts. Season with salt and pepper, sautéing until they become soft and caramelized, which should take around 5-6 minutes.
  3. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet and add the sweet chili sauce and lime juice. Stir everything well until heated through and combined nicely, about 3 minutes.
  4. Plate your dish and serve topped with sesame seeds for added texture. Enjoy it over rice or in lettuce wraps for a delightful meal!
