  • 1/2 cup Orange Marmalade Apricot preserves can be used as a substitute.
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard Yellow mustard may be used if needed.
For the Ham
  • 6-8 pounds Fully Cooked Bone-In Ham Avoid fresh ham.
  • 12 cloves Whole Cloves Substitute with ground clove if unavailable.

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, orange marmalade, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
  3. Score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern, about ½ inch deep.
  4. Place the ham cut-side down in a roasting pan and bake for about 2 hours.
  5. Remove the ham and brush generously with the glaze, then return to the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Let the ham rest for 10-20 minutes before carving and serving.
