How to Make Sweet Air Fryer Churro Bites
  1. In a saucepan, combine the water, butter, salt, and sugar; bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat and stir in the flour until a dough forms, then remove from heat.
  2. Allow the dough to cool for 4-5 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix with an electric mixer until smooth and well-combined.
  3. Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and grease the basket lightly with nonstick spray.
  4. Transfer the dough into a piping bag. Carefully pipe bite-sized churros into the greased basket, making sure to leave space between each for even cooking.
  5. Brush the churro bites generously with melted butter. Air fry them for 10-12 minutes until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
  6. In a large bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Once the churros are cooked, toss them in the mixture until they are well-coated.
