  • 2 cups Whole Rolled Oats or oat flour for a different texture
  • 2 medium Ripe Bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup Nut Butter almond or peanut; or sunflower seed butter for nut-free
For Binding and Nutrition
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds or ground flaxseeds
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries or raisins
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds or sunflower seeds
For Sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or honey/agave syrup

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the dry ingredients: In a bowl, mix together oats, chia seeds, and any spices like cinnamon.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas in another bowl until smooth, then mix in nut butter and maple syrup.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in cranberries and pumpkin seeds gently into the dough.
  6. Scoop portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly golden edges appear.
  8. Cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.
