How to Make
- Tear the Bibb lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large salad bowl.
- Slice the ripe avocado and gently add it to the bowl with the lettuce.
- Thinly slice the celery and mix it into the salad.
- Add the cooked and shelled edamame to the bowl.
- Halve the English cucumber lengthwise and thinly slice it. Toss it into the salad.
- Drizzle the Green Goddess Dressing over the salad and sprinkle with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together until well combined. Serve immediately.
