Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
- Press half of the crumble mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
- Spread sliced strawberries evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the strawberries.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden brown.
- Cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
