How to Make Strawberry Jello Parfaits
- Prepare Jello: Bring 2 cups of water to a boil, then whisk in two packages of Strawberry Jello until fully dissolved. Stir in 2 cups of cold water.
- Layer Jello: Pour the Jello mixture into tilted cups in a muffin tin until about ⅔ full. Add quartered strawberries into each cup.
- Refrigerate: Chill the Jello cups in the refrigerator for about 3 hours, or until set.
- Make Pink Layer: Boil 1 cup of water, whisk in the final package of Jello, then stir in 1 cup of cold water and allow to cool.
- Combine with Cool Whip: Fold 8 ounces of Cool Whip into the pink Jello mixture until no streaks remain. Pour over set Jello cups.
- Final Chill: Return parfaits to the refrigerator for an additional hour to set the top layer.
- Serve: Add a dollop of whipped cream on top of each parfait and garnish with fresh strawberries.
