  • 4 Gerber Chicken Legs can substitute with thighs or wings
For the Marinade
  • 1 stalk Lemongrass fresh or dried
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger fresh preferred
  • 2 pieces Chilies adjust for heat preference
  • 2 cloves Garlic use fresh

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by cleaning and patting dry the Gerber chicken legs.
  2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the lemongrass, ginger, chilies, garlic, and any additional seasonings.
  3. Coat each chicken leg thoroughly with the marinade and let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  4. Grill or bake the marinated chicken legs in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for about 35-40 minutes.
  5. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
