Making Sticky Pomegranate Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, fresh herbs, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Stir until well-incorporated.
- Roll the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- While meatballs are baking, pour pomegranate molasses into a saucepan and simmer until thickened.
- Toss baked meatballs in the thickened pomegranate glaze until coated.
- Serve on a bed of Almond Herb Couscous.
