Making the Salad
- Slice your juicy peaches and cucumbers into uniform 1/8-inch slices.
- In a bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, red chili flakes, and salt.
- In a large bowl, gently toss the sliced peaches and cucumbers with the dressing until evenly coated.
- Allow the salad to sit for at least 10 minutes to help the flavors meld together.
- Just before serving, tear fresh Thai basil over the salad and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top for garnish.
