Method
 

Making Jalapeno Peach Chicken
  1. Mix the glaze ingredients in a medium bowl until well incorporated and smooth.
  2. Pat the chicken dry using paper towels.
  3. Combine salt, black pepper, and chili powder in a small bowl.
  4. Season the chicken evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the chicken thighs and cook for 5 minutes. Flip the chicken, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Raise the heat back to medium and add the jalapeño peppers to the same skillet. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  7. Incorporate the sliced peaches into the skillet with the jalapeños. Cook for another 3 minutes.
  8. Pour the peach glaze into the skillet, stirring to coat the peaches and jalapeños evenly.
  9. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the luscious glaze over the top. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the chicken is heated through.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
