Preparation Steps
- In a large pitcher, mix the pear juice, maple syrup, and sliced vanilla bean pods together. Stir gently, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, and up to 4 hours.
- Take your lemon or lime wedge and rub it around the rim of each glass. Dip the rim into cinnamon sugar.
- Just before serving, pour the sparkling water into the pitcher with your pear mixture. Stir gently to keep the bubbles intact.
- Fill each glass with clear ice, then pour in your sparkling mixture.
- Add a slice of vanilla bean pod and a sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary to each glass for an aromatic flair.
