Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, diced onion, chopped jalapeños, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until evenly distributed.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, shape into a loaf, and bake for 45-50 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  5. Remove from oven, let rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice.
  6. Warm the ranch dressing, and drizzle over the sliced meatloaf just before serving.
