Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, diced onion, chopped jalapeños, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until evenly distributed.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan, shape into a loaf, and bake for 45-50 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Remove from oven, let rest for 5-10 minutes, then slice.
- Warm the ranch dressing, and drizzle over the sliced meatloaf just before serving.
