  • 3 cloves Garlic Fresh and minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Rosemary Chopped finely
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjust based on your taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Freshly ground

Cooking Steps
  1. Prepare Radishes: Start by placing your rinsed and trimmed radishes in a medium saucepan. Cover them with water and boil for about 20 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.
  2. Preheat Oven: While the radishes are boiling, preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drain Radishes: Once tender, drain the radishes in a colander and let them rest for about 5-10 minutes.
  4. Make Butter Mixture: In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, and a sprinkle of sea salt.
  5. Smash and Season: Transfer the radishes onto the lined baking sheet. Using a fork, gently smash each radish and drizzle the butter mixture over them.
  6. Roast: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast the radishes for about 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
