- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and cream cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Add all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried herbs to the mixture, stirring until cohesive.
- Scoop and roll small portions of the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the balls on the sheet with space between each.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
