- In a bowl, combine the flank or skirt steak with garlic, onion powder, paprika, cumin, oregano, chili powder, cayenne, lemon zest, salt, and olive oil. Mix well and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- Spread the seasoned steak on the baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes. Then, switch the oven to broil and cook for another 2-5 minutes until charred. Rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- In another bowl, mix crumbled feta into your tzatziki sauce to enhance its richness.
- Warm your pita or naan, then fill it with sliced steak, lettuce, feta tzatziki, and any additional toppings before serving.
