  • 12 Jalapenos halved and seeds removed

How to Make Shrimp Stuffed Jalapenos
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the drained shrimp, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Old Bay seasoning, dried minced onion, and kosher salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Carefully cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Generously fill each half with the shrimp mixture.
