How to Make Turkey Club Lettuce Wraps
  1. Prepare the Surface: Lay a large square of parchment paper down on your clean work surface.
  2. Wash the Lettuce: Rinse the iceberg lettuce leaves under cool water and pat them dry gently.
  3. Layer the Lettuce: Layer 6-7 large pieces of iceberg lettuce on parchment paper.
  4. Spread the Mayo: Spread homemade mayo evenly in the middle of the lettuce layer and sprinkle oregano on top.
  5. Add Fillings: Layer turkey, bacon, tomato slices, and red onion over the mayo base.
  6. Start Wrapping: Using parchment paper as a guide, start wrapping from the lettuce closest to you.
  7. Secure the Ends: Tuck the ends of the parchment paper and lettuce towards the middle of the wrap.
  8. Finish Rolling: Continue to roll the lettuce wrap tightly.
