Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F (fan).
- Combine all of the kebab ingredients, except for the spray oil, in a mixing bowl.
- Prepare a sheet pan by lining it with baking parchment and giving it a light spray of oil.
- Spread the meat mixture onto the tray and flatten to about ½ inch thickness.
- Slice through the mixture into 8 strips.
- Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Serve with flatbreads and toppings.

Optional: Drizzle with hot sauce for an added kick! Use fresh ingredients to enhance flavor and richness. Don't overmix the beef for tender kebabs. Rotate the pan halfway through cooking for even browning.
