Preparation
  1. Rinse and slice cremini mushrooms, cut broccoli into florets, mince garlic, and chop fresh thyme.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Toss broccoli florets into the skillet and sauté for another 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and chopped thyme, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant. Season with salt and pepper, then add lemon juice.
  4. For a spicy kick, sprinkle red pepper flakes just before serving.
