- Rinse and slice cremini mushrooms, cut broccoli into florets, mince garlic, and chop fresh thyme.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Toss broccoli florets into the skillet and sauté for another 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
