How to Make Pizza Stuffed Mini Peppers
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare the mini peppers by halving and seeding them, placing the cut-side up on the baking sheet.
- Fill each pepper half with approximately 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce.
- Top each filled pepper with shredded mozzarella cheese and a few slices of mini pepperoni.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
