Cooking Instructions
- Coat the Chicken by adding chicken and cornstarch to a ziplock bag, seal, and shake until coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan on medium-high heat, add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Mix the Sauce by whisking together chicken broth, cornstarch, soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice wine vinegar, sugar, and Sambal Oelek.
- Sautéing the Veggies: Remove chicken and add garlic, ginger, zucchini, mushrooms, broccoli, and bamboo shoots, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine and Thicken by putting cooked chicken back in pan, pour sauce over, toss and cook for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
