How to Make Hot Honey Ricotta Pizza
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness.
  3. Brush the rolled-out dough generously with olive oil.
  4. Spoon and evenly spread the fresh ricotta cheese over the dough.
  5. Layer the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the ricotta.
  6. Sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the cheese.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  8. Drizzle hot honey over the top once baked.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil and crushed red pepper flakes if desired.
