Cooking Instructions
  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat to create a rich base.
  2. Add seasoned sirloin steak; sear for about 4 minutes, flip and cook another 3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter, and sauté chopped onions for 3 minutes. Add minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are juicy for about 3 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle in flour, stir until it disappears. Add white wine and reduce for about 2 minutes. Stir in beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cayenne pepper. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Slice rested steak thinly, return to skillet and stir to coat in sauce, heat through on low for 2-3 minutes.
