How to Make Ground Turkey Rice Bowls
- In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and honey. Whisk until smooth and chill in the refrigerator.
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, add ground turkey, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in garlic, ginger, paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, sriracha, chicken broth, honey, black pepper, and sea salt. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle corn starch over the turkey mixture and stir to combine. Optionally, stir in 2 tablespoons of Bang Bang sauce before serving.
- In each bowl, layer rice, fresh veggies, and turkey mixture. Drizzle with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
