  • 1 medium Persian Cucumber
  • 1 medium Avocado slice thinly
  • 1 tsp Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (EBTB) sprinkle sparingly
For the Optional Dipping Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Citrus Soy Sauce mix of soy sauce, lemon juice, water, mirin, and green onion

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small bowl, combine whipped cream cheese, chopped green onion, and lemon zest. Stir until the mixture is smooth and uniform.
  2. On a clean surface, place a piece of plastic wrap. Sprinkle Everything But The Bagel Seasoning (EBTB) evenly, and arrange overlapping slices of smoked salmon to form a rectangle.
  3. Gently spread the cream cheese mixture over the salmon, then layer cucumber and avocado slices in the center.
  4. Using the plastic wrap as aid, carefully roll the salmon away from you to encapsulate the filling tightly.
  5. Place the rolled salmon in the freezer for about 5-10 minutes.
  6. Remove from plastic wrap, slice into desired thickness, and serve with optional citrus soy sauce.
