Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine minced garlic, sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese white rice vinegar, and corn starch slurry. Toss the thinly sliced beef and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare Black Pepper Sauce: Mix together the marinated beef juices with dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, ground black pepper, water, and potato starch.
  3. Cook Udon Noodles: Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the udon noodles for 1-2 minutes until slightly softened. Drain and set aside.
  4. Cook the Beef: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Stir-fry the marinated beef for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  5. Combine Ingredients: In the same pan, sauté garlic and sliced onions. Add cooked udon noodles, beef, Chinese cabbage, and prepared black pepper sauce. Mix until heated through.
