How to Make Bagel Casserole
- Cut your bagels into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in a greased casserole dish.
- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it’s crispy, then crumble it.
- Sauté diced onion and spinach in the bacon fat until the onions are translucent and the spinach is wilted.
- Layer the sautéed vegetables, crumbled bacon, and diced tomatoes over the bagel pieces.
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, and Everything Bagel Seasoning until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients, adding cream cheese chunks if desired.
