How to Make Bagel Casserole
  1. Cut your bagels into bite-sized pieces and spread them evenly in a greased casserole dish.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until it’s crispy, then crumble it.
  3. Sauté diced onion and spinach in the bacon fat until the onions are translucent and the spinach is wilted.
  4. Layer the sautéed vegetables, crumbled bacon, and diced tomatoes over the bagel pieces.
  5. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and Everything Bagel Seasoning until well combined.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients, adding cream cheese chunks if desired.
  7. Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45-55 minutes.
  8. Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before slicing.
