- Stuff each Peppadew pepper generously with the cheese mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed pepper with a piece of thick-cut bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
- Arrange the wrapped peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
- Cool the stuffed Peppadews slightly before serving.
