  • 1 quart Peppadew peppers drained and patted dry
  • 4 ounces Goat cheese at room temperature
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder optional
  • to taste Kosher salt
  • to taste Black pepper
For the Wrap
  • 12 pieces Bacon thick-cut, cut into thirds

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine goat cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Blend until smooth, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stuff each Peppadew pepper generously with the cheese mixture.
  4. Wrap each stuffed pepper with a piece of thick-cut bacon, tucking the ends underneath.
  5. Arrange the wrapped peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the bacon is crispy and golden brown.
  7. Cool the stuffed Peppadews slightly before serving.
