- Place a wok or large skillet over high heat until it smokes slightly.
- Pour in the oil, swirling to coat the bottom of the pan. Quickly add minced garlic and grated ginger, stirring for about 30 seconds.
- Add the thinly sliced cabbage, tossing frequently for 3-4 minutes.
- Drizzle in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
- Remove from heat and finish with a sprinkle of green onions and sesame seeds for garnish.
