How to Make Greek Lemon Feta Fries
- Begin by cooking the waffle fries using your preferred method until golden and crispy—about 15-20 minutes at 400°F for baking.
- In a bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, dried oregano, dried parsley, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven's broiler setting to low. Spread the cooked waffle fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Generously sprinkle with mozzarella and feta cheese, then broil for about 5 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, and drizzle the zesty herb sauce generously over the cheesy fries. Top with any remaining feta cheese and enjoy while hot!
