For the Dipping Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Preparation Steps
  1. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until they become soft and pliable, about 10-15 seconds.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned beef until fully browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  3. Remove the beef from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
  4. Place a slice of cooked beef on the softened rice paper wrapper, top with Thai basil and additional vegetables.
  5. Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom.
  6. Continue rolling until all filling ingredients are used up.
  7. Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
