Preparation Steps
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until they become soft and pliable, about 10-15 seconds.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the seasoned beef until fully browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the beef from heat and allow it to cool slightly.
- Place a slice of cooked beef on the softened rice paper wrapper, top with Thai basil and additional vegetables.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper over the filling and roll it tightly from the bottom.
- Continue rolling until all filling ingredients are used up.
- Serve immediately with the dipping sauce.
