How to Make Çilbir
- Gather the ingredients. Start by laying out all your components to make the cooking process smoother.
- Make the yogurt spread: In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
